What areas of the home can you help with?

I can help organise almost any area of your home, including kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, lofts, garages, paperwork, and storage spaces. Whether you need help with one room or several areas of your home, we can create a plan that suits your needs.

How long is a session?

The minimum session length is 2 hours. After that, sessions can be as long as you feel comfortable with, depending on the space we are working on and your individual needs.

Will you judge my home?

Absolutely not. My role is to support and help you create a home that works for you. I understand that clutter can build up for many different reasons, and there is never any judgement. Everything we discuss and work on is completely confidential.

I feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, can you still help?

Yes, many of my clients feel exactly the same way when they first get in touch. We simply start with one small area and work step by step from there.

Do I need to tidy before you arrive?

No, please don’t tidy beforehand. It’s helpful for me to see how the space is currently being used and which areas are causing the most difficulty. This allows me to better understand how I can help you.

Will you work with me or can I tell you where I need help and leave you to it?

I always work with you. It’s important that you make the decisions about what you want to keep so that you feel comfortable and confident letting go of items. Working together also helps me create organising systems that are tailored to how you use your space.

Do I need to buy storage products?

Not initially. Many people already have storage solutions within their home that we can repurpose once the decluttering process begins. If additional storage is needed later, I can suggest suitable options and where to purchase them.

What if I feel emotional and upset during the process?

That’s completely normal. Decluttering can sometimes bring up memories or feelings, especially when going through sentimental items. There is no pressure, no judgement, and we will always work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Will you make me throw things away?

No, absolutely not. All decisions about what to keep or let go of are entirely yours. My role is to guide and support you through the process by offering advice and practical suggestions, but the final decision will always be yours.

Do you take items away for donation or to the tip?

I can take one car boot load of donations to a local charity shop for an additional charge. Unfortunately, I cannot remove rubbish or recycling as I do not hold a waste carrier licence. However, I can help you make a clear plan for responsibly disposing of unwanted items.

Do you sell unwanted items for me?

I don’t currently offer a service to sell items on behalf of clients. However, if you have belongings that you would like to sell, I can point you in the direction of someone that does specialise in selling items for you. I’m also happy to help you identify which items may be worth selling and which may be better suited for donation.

Do you offer ongoing support further down the line?

Yes. Some clients choose to book follow-up sessions to maintain their organised spaces or tackle new areas of the home over time.

How do I get started?

The first step is to get in touch to arrange a free consultation. During this conversation we can discuss your home, your goals, and how I can best support you.
